FFU( Fan Filter Unit Modular )

This FFU (Fan Filter Unit) is constructed with 0.8mm thick galvanized steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and structural strength. It integrates a high-performance direct-drive EC motor combined with a backward-curved fan, delivering efficient and stable airflow. Equipped with replaceable HEPA or ULPA filters, it ensures outstanding air purification performance.

The FFU housing is easy to clean and resistant to disinfectants, meeting the stringent requirements of cleanroom environments. The filter is designed for quick replacement, allowing users to perform maintenance and replacement efficiently without interrupting equipment operation. This enhances the unit’s practicality and operational efficiency, making it suitable for various cleanroom applications.
